Client discovery, Intake And Branding
After receiving your initial contact form and we establish a convenient time to talk we initiate a client discovery call. You will receive a call from one of our in house digital marketing associates. We'll ask you a few questions pertaining to your business and your ideal customer, go over the options we have available for you and offer you any combinations we think will best suit your business. After this initial talk, you'll receive a link to a questionnaire that has a few more things we need to know and it gives you the opportunity to think on the answers instead of being pressured to answer them on the spot on the phone. After we have received your completed intake questionnaire, we begin branding the website with the necessary imaging. This is inclusive of any company logo, company business profile, fonts, colors, and images provided. We can of course help with any of this at any point in the process.
Content creation and Integration
First we integrate the content you provide to us that you want to be on the site, information such as About the business or any taglines or company mottos. Then our content creation team will build search engine friendly content related to your business for the 5 main pages of the website. All of the content will work according to the page layout of your small business web design. Once we’ve completed the Content creation and branding phase of our web build, we integrate all of the content using the chosen designs inner-page layout which includes the Home Page, About Us Page, Contact Page, and up to two pages of your choice.
1st Revision Cycle
Once we’ve completed the branding and content integration, our expert web managers review the first revision prior to submission for review. We provide you insight into the website in preparation for your first revision phase.
The first revision requirements should focus on the following feedback if any are necessary:

- - Color scheme.
- - Fonts.

Once our QA team and developers complete the Quality Assurance process, we begin migrating the site to your host provider. During this period, our developers will require the access to hosting so please ensure the access credentials and tokens have been provided.
Post-Launch Quality Assurance And Handover
Once the site has been migrated, our Quality Assurance team goes through the site once more to ensure the site is fully functional and working as intended through our predefined checklist.
